TourConnect is very excited to have completed a round of funding from angel investors. The seven-figure investment is an exciting development as we work towards our vision to build a community where tour operators, hotels, and travel suppliers in the tourism industry can work together for mutual benefit.
What does this mean?
- Added Development Resources: TourConnect is adding to our development team to give us more firepower in improving our core service, as well as adding in new features. These resources will work on various aspects of TourConnect including: making the service simpler and easier to use, adding new key features, and making the site even faster.
- Added Expertise: We have added two partners to the team. Brad Herrmann and Hai Nguyen will be bringing their expertise in building fantastic web-based services to TourConnect. They have had great success in building Call-Em-All into a profitable, user-friendly automated calling service. The two companies have many commonalities that will make Brad and Hai very valuable members of our team.
- Added Support Resources: TourConnect is adding to our support team to ensure that we give the best support to our clients as TourConnect continues to grow. Trinh Huynh has joined TourConnect as our Customer Experience Manager. With Trinh, clients will have one point of contact at TourConnect to help whenever needed. Online training sessions will be available throughout the year. We’ll be there to make sure every user has a great experience with TourConnect.
We couldn’t be more excited about this important development in TourConnect’s growth. We are already seeing the positive effects of this round of funding, and look forward to a great year in 2014.
