What is a Location?

Accommodation Suppliers (hotels, bed & breakfasts, hostels, etc.)
1 Location = 1 Property

Non-Accommodation Suppliers (day tours, attractions, etc.)
1 Location = 1 Retail Shop or Operating Area

Buyers (tour operators, wholesalers, agents, etc.)
1 Location = 1 Corporate Office or Retail Shop

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time, and you will not be charged from that point onward.

Hint: The Basic Plan is free. Switch to the Basic Plan, and you can keep your connections and your listing in the PartnerFinder.

How does payment work?

We accept credit card payments.

For Connected & Premium plan users, you are charged for the number of locations in your account when you upgrade. You are then charged for the number of locations in your account on your billing anniversary.

All payments are made in US dollars.

Are there monthly plans available?

We do not offer monthly plans, as we believe that TourConnect’s value is built over the long run with your partners.  B2B relationships take time, so we have aligned our pricing with the B2B experience.

That said, due to the current challenging climate in tourism, should you need to try a monthly plan, please let us know.  We will try to work out a suitable arrangement for you.
